What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through the forms on this site:
- Drop alerts: your email address, your mobile number if you opt in to text alerts, your state, and your consent choices.
- Dispensary inquiries: your name, dispensary name, license number, state, email, phone number and message.
When you enter your date of birth to confirm you are 21 or older, your date of birth is checked on your device and never sent to us or saved. Your browser stores only the fact that you passed (in local storage or a small cookie) so you aren't asked again for 30 days.
How we use it
- To tell you about new Opus drops and where to find them, by email and, if you opted in, by text.
- To reply to dispensary and wholesale inquiries.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions and email alerts are delivered through Resend. Text alerts will be sent through a text message provider once that service is set up. These providers handle your information only to deliver those services for us.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
- Stop text alerts by replying STOP. See the text alert terms.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing ryan@opusextracts.com.
Age
This site and our alerts are only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
